Although we have featured other hyper realistic sculptures of human forms, the works of Sam Jinks may take the cake as the most amazingly and eerily lifelike.  At any moment, the creations appear as if they are about to move right in front of your face.  In other words, Jinks’ attention to detail is without parallel.

Art critic Robert nelson weighs in on the phenomenal work:

“…with skills that exceed the standards of the wax museum, Jinks makes the skin look like skin, which is luminous and penetrated by light. You could imagine seeing pores and follicles if you took a microscope to the surface.”
