On September 26th former Weezer band member Mikey Welsh updated his status on Twitter as you can see above then later tweeted, “correction – the weekend after next”.  This weekend he was found “unresponsive and not breathing” on Saturday at the Raffaello Hotel in Chicago, the cause of death is not yet determined.
